Welcome to Bashabazaar.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). We provide an online platform where tenants, landlords, agents, and brokers can list and find rental and property sale opportunities in Bangladesh.

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract under the laws of Bangladesh. No minimum age restriction is currently set, but users should have parental guidance if under 18.

3. Our Role

• We are a listing and information platform only.
• We do not own, rent, or sell properties listed.
• We do not verify user identity or property details (yet).
• We are not responsible for disputes, fraud, or damages between users.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Not post offensive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Only upload media you have rights to share.

Follow all applicable laws.

5. Listings & Content

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our platform. We may remove any content at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Google Maps, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Sentry. By using our service, you also agree to their terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from using our platform.
• Accuracy or reliability of listings or user information.
• Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation before court proceedings.
